Stage I : For booking a honeymoon package, please submit the Online Book Form at http://www.honeymoonpackagesindia.net/online-booking-form, and deposit 50% as advance payment on the selected honeymoon package into our following mentioned bank account. Once the selected package is confirmed by us after checking the availability then balance payment of 50% has to be made to the same bank account to issue Confirmed Hotel and transport vouchers. In case the accommodation is not available on the dates provided by you then you have option to change dates and ask us to check the availability again. In case of non availability of accommodation or for any other reason where we are not able to provide you the selected honeymoon package then you can get 100% amount refunded.

Stage II : Once balance payment is made and the package is confirmed then all you need to send us are the Travel details (air OR train travel) and then we will send confirmation vouchers of Hotel and transportation to you by Email which you need to carry with you during the tour and present to Hotels and transport services. At stage II, any cancellation will be governed as per the terms and conditions mentioned at http://www.honeymoonpackagesindia.net/terms-conditions
Also note that, during peak season it is mandatory to pay full amount quoted for booking honeymoon package services and will be binding on the travelers to pay Western Himalaya Mountaineering Centre, full advance payments.
